Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee complex enterprise integration initiatives for newly acquired business units. This Long-term Contract opportunity is suited for someone who is detail oriented and can align technology delivery, operational priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders while keeping projects on schedule and risks visible. The role will guide planning, coordination, and execution across infrastructure, security, data, and business process workstreams within a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Direct full lifecycle integration projects for acquired organizations, ensuring alignment with the company’s established technology landscape.
• Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps that track schedules, key deliverables, interdependencies, and communication needs for stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities spanning systems, operational workflows, and organizational impacts to support a smooth integration process.
• Work closely with business leaders and technical teams to set priorities, remove obstacles, and keep initiatives moving toward target outcomes.
• Manage the rollout and alignment of enterprise platforms, with added value placed on prior experience supporting enterprise-level environments.
• Oversee infrastructure-related efforts such as network connectivity, vendor coordination, managed network services, and internet service delivery.
• Support security and user access alignment across relevant tools and platforms, including cloud-connected and network management technologies.
• Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams where business intelligence solutions and data visualization tools are part of the environment.
• Monitor data conversion and migration activities by identifying risks, resolving issues, and tracking dependencies across acquired entities.
• Evaluate compliance, privacy, and operational technology risks, then establish control plans to reduce exposure after assessments are completed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing enterprise IT projects with responsibility for timelines, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination.
• Background leading integration work involving acquired companies, multi-team collaboration, or complex organizational change initiatives.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and connectivity projects, including networking concepts and coordination with external service providers.
• Understanding of security, access management, compliance considerations, and data privacy practices within IT environments.
• Ability to identify project risks and develop practical mitigation plans related to system integration and data migration.
• Experience working with analytics or reporting teams that use business intelligence platforms such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of business requirement documentation, configuration management, API-related work, or client-side scripting concepts.
• Exposure to Salesforce development or adjacent CRM and ERP technology environments is preferred.
