Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve AR processes, customer payment portals, and invoicing workflows.
- Reduce receivables backlogs and improve collections, cash application, and payment processing.
- Resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and customer portal challenges.
- Implement process improvements, controls, SOPs, and best practices.
- Support ongoing system enhancements, process transformations, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading AR/AP process improvements, system implementations, or operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in Accounts Receivable, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and customer payment portals.
- SAP experience strongly preferred (large ERP systems required)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a consultative approach to driving change and process improvement.

Compensation
