Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve AR processes, customer payment portals, and invoicing workflows.
• Reduce receivables backlogs and improve collections, cash application, and payment processing.
• Resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and customer portal challenges.
• Implement process improvements, controls, SOPs, and best practices.
• Support ongoing system enhancements, process transformations, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading AR/AP process improvements, system implementations, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in Accounts Receivable, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and customer payment portals.
• SAP experience strongly preferred (large ERP systems required)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a consultative approach to driving change and process improvement.
