PM/BA

We are looking for a senior-level PM/BA to partner with the BI function in Sugar Land, Texas and bring structure, momentum, and accountability to complex workstreams. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into well-defined technical documentation while also guiding initiatives through execution in a data-focused environment. The role suits a hands-on individual who is comfortable managing ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams deliver measurable outcomes in a banking and savings and loan setting.

Responsibilities:
• Lead business analysis efforts for BI and data-related initiatives, turning broad objectives into actionable plans, documented scope, and clearly prioritized deliverables.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify business needs, clarify dependencies, and develop thorough requirement artifacts that support successful delivery.
• Drive assignments from initial intake through completion by tracking progress, resolving blockers, and reinforcing timelines, standards, and ownership across multiple parallel efforts.
• Create and maintain structured documentation such as business requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for technical and reporting solutions.
• Partner with technical teams working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, HCM SaaS, APIs, and related enterprise platforms to ensure requirements are feasible, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support BI, reporting, and data warehousing initiatives by defining data-related requirements, validating expected outputs, and helping ensure solution quality.
• Contribute to configuration management and change coordination activities where needed to support controlled implementation of enhancements and system updates.
• Provide disciplined oversight in a fast-moving environment by establishing clarity, improving process consistency, and holding workstreams accountable for execution.
• Collaborate with teams supporting client-side scripting, Salesforce-related development, and integration efforts when business needs intersect across platforms.
• Assist with responsibilities connected to Oracle Fusion Cloud changes or transition-related work as part of ongoing project delivery when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a senior Business Analyst or PM/BA in BI, reporting, data warehousing, or other data-centric environments.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives through the full lifecycle, extending beyond requirements gathering into execution support and delivery management.
• Strong skill in producing business requirement documents and other structured analysis artifacts with a high level of clarity and organization.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and HCM SaaS within enterprise business environments.
• Familiarity with API development concepts, systems integration, and cross-functional technical coordination.
• Exposure to configuration management practices and the discipline required to support controlled project delivery.
• Ability to operate independently, enforce standards, and bring direction to multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams in areas such as Salesforce development or client-side scripting is preferred.
