Junior Account Manager

We are looking for an entry-level Account Manager to support digital project delivery for a growing portfolio in Rogers, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will coordinate work across creative and digital stakeholders, helping assignments progress efficiently from initial request through final release. The role works closely with senior account leadership while providing dependable onsite support, clear communication, and consistent follow-through in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily collaboration between creative and digital teams so work moves efficiently from intake to production and publication.
• Manage multiple digital initiatives at once, tracking milestones, deliverables, and priorities across an assigned book of business.
• Partner closely with the Senior Account Executive to align on project goals, status updates, and next steps for active engagements.
• Maintain strong client communication by sharing progress, clarifying needs, and helping resolve issues that could affect delivery timelines.
• Monitor schedules and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects organized, on time, and aligned with business expectations.
• Provide onsite support in Rogers, Minnesota to ensure consistent team coverage and smooth day-to-day coordination.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status notes, and timeline updates to support accurate execution across teams.

Qualifications:

• 3 plus years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a related client-facing project support role.

• Hands-on experience overseeing digital projects and keeping deliverables on schedule from kickoff through completion.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and balance competing priorities.

• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal partners through clear, proactive communication.

• Experience working in a corporate environment is strongly preferred.

• Availability to work onsite in Rogers, Minnesota as a local team resource.

• Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining momentum across multiple active projects.

Compensation

$30.09-$34.84 Hourly
