Software Developer
Responsibilities:
• Create, maintain, and improve Microsoft Copilot agents along with Power Platform solutions that support business operations.
• Design and extend both model-driven and canvas applications to meet user needs and streamline internal processes.
• Connect solutions across Microsoft tools and related enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow and Dynamics environments.
• Evaluate the current Power Platform setup, identify areas for better governance, and recommend improvements for organization and long-term scalability.
• Analyze existing legacy applications and advise whether they should be retired, redesigned, or transitioned into a more structured environment.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams such as BI and Microsoft 365 to align platform capabilities and support shared objectives.
• Develop interactive, workflow-based applications that collect information, guide user activity, and produce meaningful business outputs.
• Partner directly with stakeholders in departments such as Legal, HR, and commercial functions to translate business goals into effective technical solutions.
• Promote platform adoption by educating users on capabilities, recommended practices, and appropriate use cases across the organization.
• Contribute to enterprise application initiatives, including Dynamics 365-related modernization or migration efforts when needed.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot agents, and the Microsoft Power Platform.• Strong background building Power Apps, including both model-driven and canvas-based solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a blended capacity that includes development, administration, business analysis, and solution guidance.
• Experience establishing governance standards, improving platform structure, and rationalizing existing environments.
• Sound judgment in assessing legacy applications and determining practical modernization or retirement strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Technical experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and the .NET Framework.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 and complex Microsoft enterprise ecosystems is highly preferred.
