REMOTE: Client Relations Specialist

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique probate litigation firm in search of a Client Solutions Specialist for a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. During the contract period, pay will be $24-$28/hour, with anticipated conversion compensation of $55,000-$65,000 annually. The firm is seeking a dynamic, client-focused professional who is comfortable handling a high volume of phone and online inquiries while delivering exceptional service with empathy and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, tech savvy, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for prospective clients by answering, screening, and directing inbound calls
• Monitor and respond promptly to online inquiries from potential clients
• Assess and qualify leads based on established intake criteria
• Enter and track lead information accurately in the firm’s CRM system
• Assist attorneys with gathering documentation needed to evaluate and qualify prospective matters
• Schedule consultations and calls between qualified leads and attorneys
• Conduct timely follow-up communications with prospective clients
• Run conflict checks using the CRM and other internal databases
• Help maintain CRM workflows and process documentation
• Support additional marketing and business development projects as needed

• Empathetic listener with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly organized, flexible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable learning and using new technology and software platforms
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
• Prior law firm intake experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Spanish language skills are a plus
