Inventory Order Entry Clerk

We are looking for an Inventory Order Entry Clerk to join our agriculture-focused team in Pasadena, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who excels in administrative coordination, accurate data handling, and document management within a busy onsite environment. The role supports daily order entry and inventory-related activities, requiring strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to keep records current and organized.

Responsibilities:
• Enter inventory and order information into internal records with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor shipment and order documentation, ensuring files are complete, organized, and easy to retrieve.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight partners, and internal departments to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies.
• Review packing lists, invoices, and related import or export paperwork to verify information and support smooth processing.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking logs and status reports for orders, shipments, and inventory activity.
• Assist with reporting, spreadsheet updates, and routine administrative support tied to inventory operations.
• Organize digital and physical documentation to support compliance, recordkeeping, and day-to-day workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, order entry, inventory coordination, or a related function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience handling shipping, import, export, or inventory-related documents with strong accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and a dependable, detail-focused approach to daily responsibilities.
• Previous exposure to logistics, agriculture, or supply chain environments is preferred but not required.

Compensation

$22.80-$26.40 Hourly
