Data Entry/QA Specialist

THIS IS A FULLY ONSITE POSITION

• Receive documents from suppliers and upload them to various customer and internal web portals.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to collect, provide, and follow up on required documentation.
• Perform data entry related to sample tracking, shipping status, and shipment records.
• Partner closely with the sales team to coordinate sample tracking and shipping activities.
• Support light quality-related tasks, including weighing products and packing sample shipments.
• Assist with ongoing projects and provide additional administrative or operational support as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data entry and document management preferred.
• Comfortable working with web portals, sample handling, and basic operational tasks.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
