Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of global brand marketing initiatives for a retail organization. This Long-term Contract position will partner with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to drive key programs from concept through launch, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and flawless execution. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, an adaptable collaborator, and an experienced project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global brand marketing programs and training initiatives.
• Coordinate across global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and drive accountability across teams.
• Develop compelling presentations, communications, and executive-ready materials that translate complex information into clear narratives.
• Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects remain on track.
• Support the localization of global initiatives while maintaining a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, integrated marketing, brand marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing initiatives such as campaigns, social media programs, product launches, or go-to-market rollouts.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to create polished decks, executive communications, and strategic narratives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required.
