Salesforce ERP/CRM Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce ERP/CRM Administrator to support insurance distribution and onboarding operations in West Des Moines, Iowa. This Long-term Contract opportunity is suited for a senior specialist who can shape scalable Salesforce solutions, strengthen platform performance, and collaborate across business and technology teams. The role focuses on improving workflows tied to producer onboarding, licensing, contracting, appointments, agency structures, and service-related processes within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:
• Configure and enhance Salesforce capabilities to support onboarding, contracting, licensing, appointments, agency relationship management, and case handling activities.
• Partner with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain automation using declarative tools such as Flow to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience across core processes.
• Administer platform security, access controls, data quality standards, and reporting to ensure reliable and compliant system performance.
• Support and optimize solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related integrated platforms as needed.
• Manage system configuration, testing coordination, and release support within established governance and configuration management practices.
• Assist with data integration and connected application needs by working with internal teams on APIs and enterprise platform interoperability.
• Provide ongoing platform guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend improvements that align with insurance operations and business priorities.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including work in large and complex enterprise environments.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security model, data management, reporting, and Service Cloud administration.

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud or another Salesforce industry-specific cloud offering.

• Background in life insurance or annuities operations, with familiarity supporting insurance distribution functions.

• Understanding of producer onboarding, contracting, licensing, appointments, agency hierarchies, and compliance-related workflows.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective platform solutions.

• Exposure to Experience Cloud, AgentSync, Flosum, Azure DevOps, or enterprise integrations is preferred.

• Salesforce certification is strongly preferred.
