Treasury Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily treasury support activities by working within banking platforms, coordinating payment workflows, and maintaining complete supporting records.
• Evaluate payment documentation and control procedures to help confirm transactions are properly supported, accurate, and aligned with established internal standards.
• Execute and monitor both domestic and international disbursements, including a range of payment values and methods across multiple bank portals.
• Prepare cash-related journal entries and assist with reconciliations, record validation, and supporting documentation tied to treasury transactions.
• Support the administration of trade finance instruments by helping review, issue, and track letters of credit and bank guarantees.
• Examine contract terms connected to trade finance needs and provide comments or document revisions to support business requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for banks, vendors, customers, and internal teams by clarifying treasury processes and resolving operational questions.
• Use Microsoft D365, Excel, Word, and related applications to maintain reports, analyze treasury activity, and organize operational documentation.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in treasury, banking, cash management, accounting, or a closely related function.• Working knowledge of cash accounting principles, including the ability to prepare journal entries and support reconciliations.
• Experience with payment processing and banking portals, with exposure to both domestic and international transactions preferred.
• Familiarity with trade finance concepts, including letters of credit and bank guarantees; direct hands-on experience is strongly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline preferred; comparable relevant experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, including document formatting, markups, and preparation of business materials.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and apply treasury and trade finance procedures effectively.
