Human Resources (HR) Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Partner with line managers on a recurring basis to assess staffing priorities, clarify role expectations, and align recruiting plans with operational needs.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job advertisements, posting openings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
• Guide candidates and hiring teams through post-interview decisions by preparing offer documentation, communicating outcomes, and supporting a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate employment and applicant records within tracking systems to ensure timely updates and clear visibility into hiring progress.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics by sharing first-day instructions and helping new hires transition successfully into their roles.
• Manage high-volume requisitions across regional supply chain functions while balancing urgency, quality, and turnover-related hiring demands.
• Expand talent pipelines through creative outreach efforts such as job fairs, workforce agencies, unemployment resources, and partnerships with local schools and community organizations.
• Use recruiting platforms and external job boards to identify talent and promote openings, while continuously exploring new ways to improve candidate reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle hiring in high-volume environments.• Proven ability to source and recruit for operational roles such as warehouse, food production, driver, or facilities positions.
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools used to manage postings, candidates, and hiring activity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, and familiarity with online sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, or WorkSource.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings, track details accurately, and meet hiring timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in the community and represent opportunities at career events.
Compensation
