Front Desk Coordinator

Compensation: $18 to $20 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations. This Contract position serves as the first point of contact for visitors while also providing administrative assistance to Human Resources and leadership teams. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay organized in a busy, onsite corporate environment.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and employees at the front desk, provide directions or assistance, and create a welcoming arrival experience.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier items, and office deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate the use of conference rooms and shared meeting areas to support smooth day-to-day scheduling.
• Assist the Human Resources team with onboarding activities, orientation materials, and record maintenance.
• Draft, format, and organize business documents such as agendas, correspondence, forms, and internal communications.
• Maintain office supply inventory, place orders, track related purchases, and help monitor administrative expenses.
• Scan, file, and retrieve records through internal document management systems while maintaining organized files.
• Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar coordination, appointment confirmation, and occasional travel logistics.
• Help organize meetings, events, committee activities, and special projects by preparing materials and supporting logistics.
• Follow workplace safety, security, and emergency procedures and take on additional office support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a front desk, clerical, receptionist, or administrative support role within an office setting.
• Background handling inbound calls and working with visitors or the public; experience with a multi-line phone system or switchboard is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with comfort using general office software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills suited to a public-facing corporate environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, Florida during standard business hours with occasional schedule flexibility as needed.
• Reliable transportation and dependable commuting ability are required.

Compensation

$18.00-$20.00 Hourly
