Data Entry

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining information across company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain high volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review source documents for completeness and verify information before entry.
• Audit and correct data discrepancies, errors, and duplicate records.
• Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with company procedures.
• Generate reports and retrieve information from databases as needed.
• Process customer, vendor, inventory, order, or financial data accurately.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with document scanning, filing, and record management.
• Communicate with internal departments to verify and obtain missing information.
• Follow data security and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Support administrative and operational projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
• Strong typing and 10-key data entry skills; we will provide any necessary assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience working with databases, ERP systems, or CRM platforms preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
