Context of the Job:
The Graduate College has an opening for a miscellaneous wage position which will support our graduate admissions team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Enter data and maintain records in the Slate CRM
- Oversee query management and auditing responsibilities
- Utilize reports & system modules in CRM for tracking inquiries & application materials
- Respond to emails using CRM automation and Inbox system
- Assist with on-campus and virtual events (registration & materials, check-in etc.)
- Scan and upload documents
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with analyzing large datasets and summarizing information in a way understandable to a range of audiences
- Demonstration of attention to detail, analytical skills, and a focus on organization and accuracy
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams), and Google Suite
- Ability to prioritize work requirements and handle multiple assignments or tasks
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Demonstration of a service-oriented mindset
- Experience with maintaining confidentiality
- Familiarity with CRMs systems if possible
