JobSummary:

Provide overall management of assigned projects within theTechnology and Automation business line, ensuring the successful delivery ofcomplex projects that meet or exceed client requirements. The Senior ProjectManager combines strong technical expertise with sound project managementacumen to lead projects through all phases of execution. As a servant leaderand team player, this individual motivates high-performing teams, fosterscollaboration, and adapts effectively to changing priorities while deliveringresults.

JobDuties and Responsibilities:

Lead multi-discipline teams as required todeliver supporting engineering and design services associated with technologyand automation projects;

Work with other managers or disciplines asapplicable to develop schedules and plans for various elements of the project;

Develop project forecasts, schedules, costestimates and project related financial reports;

Responsible for client satisfaction and safedelivery of work in accordance with budgets, schedules, and qualityrequirements;

Visible leader with relentless focus on safetyand culture to motivate team performance;

Ensure that proper documentation is maintainedthroughout the project lifecycle;

Track, report, and communicate project statuseffectively to the client and EDG stakeholders;

Support business development initiatives andproposal efforts;

Visibly champion EDG's 'Character by Design'and 'Unifying Principals'.

Qualifications(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or similardiscipline required;

Ten (10) or more years of relevant technicalexperience required;

Ten (10) or more years of project engineeringand project management experience in the relevant industry required;

Strong understanding of the PMBOK guides andstandards - PMP certification a plus;

Demonstrated ability to perform as a sellerand a doer of services;

Ability to build trust and consensus within aclient organization to drive client satisfaction and repeat business;

Knowledge and relationships with keytechnology suppliers in the automation, digital twin, and asset performancemanagement markets;

Experience managing mid to large-scale mainautomation contractor projects;

Strong knowledge of applicable industrystandards;

Exceptional verbal and written communicationskills;

Ability to interact and collaborate with peersacross the organization;

Requires the ability and availability totravel offsite as required.

WorkingConditions:

Work is primarily conducted in an officeenvironment (Private or Semi-Private office) but may require occasional travelto off-site work locations;

Field duties may require outdoor work in aplant or offshore platform atmosphere;

Interaction with other team members, as wellas supervisors and client personnel;

Working offshore or in plant and/or shop areasaround production machinery with extreme noise levels;

Must be able to wear safety equipment asrequired by the safety department for personal protection;

May be at more than one job site in a day andmust be able to tolerate climate changes;

May be required to travel out of town on aperiodic basis.
