Loan Operations Specialist I (3357)

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Book new loans, renewals, and modifications
• Scan loan files to convert to digital
• Post payments, draws, and principal reductions
• Ensure accuracy of loans booked into our system
• Process loan payoffs
• Assist with loan account related research as needed
• Assist with balancing loan related General Ledger accounts
• Document and track exceptions and ticklers
• Handle escrow and collateral disbursements
• Cross training to support other Loan Operations team members
• Other duties as may be assigned by Loan Operations Specialist Manager

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• High School Education or equivalent
• 2 years of bank operations experience or loan processing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highly organized
• Detail oriented and accurate with data entry
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Jack Henry core

COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Microsoft Suite products
