Quality Control Manager

PCI Government Services is seeking a Quality Control Manager. This role will support the Bureau of Primary Health Care and report to the Program Manager. This position will be hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and enforcing the contractor's internal quality assurance processes across all contract tasks and deliverables.
- This position operates independently of task leads to provide objective quality review of all products prior to submission to the government and to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with contract requirements, plain language standards, and Section 508 accessibility requirements across the full deliverable inventory.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in public health, health administration, quality management, or a closely related field. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Project Management Professional (PMP), may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles on federal health program contracts or comparable initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and improving health program deliverables for accuracy, consistency, plain language compliance, and Section 508 accessibility.
- Experience with federal contractor quality management systems and deliverable review processes.
