Ages seen: All ages including children ages 8-15 years old

Patient Volume: 6-8 per day

Types of Cases:General dentistry. Must be comfortable treating children (accounts for 20-30% of patients)

Credentialing: 2 4 weeks

Requirements:

Licensure: WI license and Active DEA

Experience Required: 2 years

Certification: DMD or DDS

Life Support Certifications: BLS
