Human Resources (HR) Manager
Responsibilities:
• Manage complete payroll processing for approximately 100 employees, ensuring accurate and timely pay practices.
• Lead recruitment efforts for open roles by coordinating sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection activities.
• Administer employee benefit programs and serve as a resource for questions related to coverage, enrollment, and plan changes.
• Coordinate new employee setup activities, including documentation, orientation preparation, and entry into HR systems.
• Address employee concerns with professionalism, provide guidance on workplace matters, and support positive employee relations.
• Build and formalize HR procedures and systems to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the organization.
• Enhance onboarding practices to help new employees integrate successfully into the manufacturing environment.
• Support performance review processes and contribute to talent development initiatives for employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation in line with company standards and employment regulations.
• Partner with site leadership to align HR priorities with workforce needs and operational goals.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably within manufacturing or another industrial setting.• Demonstrated background in payroll administration, recruiting, employee relations, and benefits support.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and standard personnel practices.
• Experience using HRIS or payroll platforms along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
