Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members or meeting areas in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls efficiently.
• Receive inbound calls, respond to routine inquiries, and relay accurate messages to the correct contacts.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a well-kept front-office environment.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, filing documents, and assisting with general office needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between guests, callers, and staff.
• Monitor front-desk activity and help keep schedules, visitor flow, and office communications organized.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone presence.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while staying organized and attentive.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time work setting.
• Proficiency with basic office tools and general administrative processes.
• A detail-oriented, friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.
Compensation
