Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day relationship support and long-term partnership development.
• Expand business within current accounts by uncovering opportunities for additional product placement, broader customer adoption, and increased sales volume.
• Build strong connections with buyers and key stakeholders across theater chains and entertainment venues to support retention and long-range growth.
• Review account activity, customer feedback, and sales patterns to identify needs early and recommend solutions that improve performance.
• Partner with suppliers and internal colleagues to help coordinate service, product availability, and order follow-through for assigned accounts.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to maintain visibility and strengthen customer engagement.
• Maintain regular communication with national accounts while balancing a work schedule that includes limited in-office presence and occasional travel.
• Contribute to additional business opportunities when appropriate by developing new relationships within the entertainment channel.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in account management, customer retention, or sales growth within a B2B environment.• Ability to build trust with clients and maintain strong client relationships across multiple accounts.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, or account expansion strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage a large book of business effectively.
• Comfortable working with inbound account needs while identifying practical opportunities for increased sales.
• Willingness to attend customer meetings, trade events, and occasional travel as part of the role.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with some time in the office.
• Background in inside sales or account-based sales support is preferred.
