Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to support key business initiatives. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational leadership, practical business judgment, and experience guiding enterprise projects with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. The role will partner with stakeholders to keep priorities aligned, timelines on track, and project outcomes focused on business value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery activities to ensure milestones, schedules, and objectives are achieved.

• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define scope, manage priorities, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central initiative by coordinating workstreams, tracking progress, and addressing delivery risks.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote structured project governance to improve team alignment and accountability.

• Use Jira and related reporting tools to monitor tasks, document status updates, and provide visibility into project performance.

• Identify potential roadblocks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues when needed.

• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and stakeholder communications in an organized manner.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing business or IT projects in a structured project management environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and the ability to apply them in day-to-day project coordination.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is preferred.
• Experience working with Atlassian Jira for task tracking, workflow management, and reporting.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to work effectively with non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and its impact on business operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

$65.00-$70.00 Hourly
