Bilingual Account Manager

We are looking for a bilingual Account Manager to support and strengthen relationships with an established portfolio of business clients in the wholesale distribution industry. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is based in South Carolina and is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service, coordinating customer needs, and guiding accounts through day-to-day activity with care and consistency. The position focuses more on account support and relationship management than aggressive sales, with regular interaction with restaurant owners and a strong emphasis on follow-through.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of existing customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing service and support needs.
• Communicate with restaurant owners and other business clients to understand priorities, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
• Track pricing requests and provide timely follow-up on quotes to help move opportunities forward.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders, requests, and account details are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to inbound client questions with professionalism, offering solutions that support retention and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts through consultative, service-focused conversations.
• Monitor account activity and keep customer information organized to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Previous experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, or a related business-to-business support role.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail when managing quotes, requests, and account activity.
• Comfortable handling inbound inquiries and balancing multiple customer needs at once.
• Clear, detail-oriented communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience supporting business clients in a distribution, hospitality, foodservice, or similar environment is preferred.

Compensation

$25.65-$29.70 Hourly
