Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff by maintaining an orderly and welcoming reception area.
• Greet arriving guests, assist with sign-in procedures, and ensure employees are informed promptly when visitors are on-site.
• Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries by sorting and distributing items accurately and in a timely manner.
• Answer inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members while providing courteous and helpful service.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, calendar support, and general office coordination.
• Support meeting logistics by welcoming attendees and helping create a smooth arrival experience for clients and executives.
• Protect sensitive information and demonstrate sound judgment when interacting with leadership, employees, and external guests.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front desk support role is preferred.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-focused, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized in a fast-paced office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Dependable attendance and close attention to detail in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Confidence working independently, taking initiative, and responding effectively to routine office needs.
• Experience supporting executives or working in a corporate office environment is an advantage.
Compensation
