Business Systems Analyst (QAD ERP)
Location: Remote - Atlanta GA
Travel: Minimal (1-2 trips per year, as business needs require)

About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise business systems across multiple manufacturing locations. This individual will play a key role in supporting the organization's ERP environment, driving continuous process improvements, and partnering with business stakeholders to optimize technology solutions.
The ideal candidate has deep experience with QAD ERP, enjoys working cross-functionally with business users, and is passionate about improving business processes through technology.

Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business users and leadership to understand operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support and optimize enterprise business applications, with a strong focus on QAD ERP.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT, ensuring technology solutions align with business needs.
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and implementations to ensure high-quality deployments.
- Promote standardized business processes across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or related ERP experience.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting and configuring QAD ERP (this is the most critical requirement).
- Experience supporting multi-site ERP implementations or enterprise business applications.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and business process optimization.
- Familiarity with networking, hardware, and general IT concepts.
- Experience creating user documentation and delivering end-user training.
Travel
This position is primarily remote. Travel is expected only as needed for initiatives such as:
- QAD user training
- CPQ implementation and training
- Business system rollouts
- Integration activities following acquisitions
Compensation
$110,000.00-$120,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
