ERP Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a long-term contract assignment supporting a major Workday implementation. This role will guide delivery across both HR and finance-related functions, partnering with stakeholders and the implementation team to keep the program on track through key phases. The ideal candidate brings strong Workday project leadership experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage a complex enterprise initiative in an onsite-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day project management activities for the Workday implementation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

• Coordinate efforts across HR and finance workstreams, aligning priorities, dependencies, and communication among internal teams and external partners.

• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and rollout readiness to support a smooth progression through each stage of the implementation.

• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and status updates while documenting risks, issues, decisions, and action items.

• Monitor budget awareness, schedule performance, and overall program health for a high-value enterprise technology initiative.

• Support validation planning for parallel system usage after go-live to help confirm data quality and operational accuracy.

• Partner with implementation stakeholders during data modeling and subsequent build activities to maintain momentum and execution quality.

• Provide leadership on-site and collaborate closely with team members to address project challenges, escalate concerns, and drive resolution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing ERP or Workday implementation projects in a project manager capacity.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday, including exposure to Workday HCM and Workday Financial Management environments.
• Strong background in rollout planning, resource management, and cross-functional project coordination.
• Experience supporting finance system initiatives alongside HR or enterprise platform workstreams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track project risks, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Comfortable working in an onsite-oriented setting, with flexibility for a hybrid arrangement if needed.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering long-term project success.

Compensation

$47.50-$55.00 Hourly
