Office Svcs Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist with front-desk and hospitality needs to ensure the office remains well organized and ready for clients.
• Coordinate on-site meetings by arranging room bookings, preparing requested equipment, and organizing food or beverage service as needed.
• Manage incoming phone calls and visitors, connecting them with the appropriate staff members in a timely and courteous manner.
• Sort, distribute, and track incoming mail and deliveries while following up on missing or delayed items.
• Monitor office supply levels, place replenishment orders, and maintain stock of commonly used workplace materials.
• Submit and follow up on facility or equipment service requests to help resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Prepare routine written documents such as memos, reports, and general correspondence with accuracy and care.
• Respond to common questions or concerns from clients, colleagues, and supervisors, escalating issues when necessary.
• Carry out daily administrative tasks by following established procedures and meeting service expectations under guidance from the team.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in an office support, administrative, reception, or workplace services role.• High school diploma or equivalent combined with relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and approachable style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain dependable, and provide responsive customer service.
• Comfortable interacting with employees, clients, and visitors while building positive working relationships.
Compensation
