Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer interactions by phone and accurately complete requests related to starting, stopping, or modifying service.
• Process customer payments, maintain account records, and investigate billing concerns to provide clear and accurate information.
• Respond to questions and complaints with professionalism, identifying practical solutions that balance customer needs, safety, and service quality.
• Coordinate with colleagues across departments to clarify service needs and support efficient issue resolution.
• Perform order entry tasks with attention to detail to ensure customer information and service changes are recorded correctly.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining a courteous, responsive, and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service or call center environment.• Background in handling inbound customer calls and completing order entry accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven skill in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
Compensation
