Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and manage front desk activities to ensure an efficient and organized office experience throughout the day.
• Coordinate incoming deliveries and package handling, making sure items are received, logged, and routed appropriately.
• Prepare and format project-related documents, including proposal materials and supporting sheets for the estimating team.
• Maintain existing bid tracking logs by entering updates in Excel and keeping records current and accurate.
• Handle day-to-day email and office correspondence with clear, timely, and effective communication.
• Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat to create, update, and distribute administrative and project documents.
• Support general office coordination by monitoring documentation workflows and helping teams stay aligned on active items.
• Follow the onsite schedule and provide dependable administrative coverage during standard business hours.
• Assist with bid-related documentation and evaluation support by organizing information for internal review and follow-up.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in front desk, administrative, property administration, or office support roles.• Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Experience working with bid documents, proposal preparation, or related project support materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat for daily administrative work.
• Strong written communication skills, including handling email correspondence and routine business communications.
• Comfortable updating existing tracking logs and maintaining organized records without creating new reporting structures.
• Ability to work onsite in Lake Buena Vista, Florida during regular business hours.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable approach to follow-through and task completion.
Compensation
