Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, direct them appropriately, and maintain a courteous front-office presence throughout the day.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, transferring calls, and taking accurate messages when needed.
• Respond to general inquiries courteously while ensuring calls are routed to the correct departments or team members.
• Support daily reception activities such as monitoring the front desk, handling basic administrative tasks, and keeping common areas organized.
• Coordinate communication between guests, staff, and external callers to help maintain smooth office operations.
• Track and relay important call details and visitor information with accuracy and attention to confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented demeanor.
• Comfortable answering a high volume of inbound calls while remaining organized and responsive.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a part-time schedule.
• Basic administrative and clerical skills, including message taking and routine office support.
Compensation
