Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage social media content calendars aligned with campaign goals, brand voice, and audience interests.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across relevant social platforms while maintaining consistency in messaging and presentation.
• Monitor channel performance and interpret social media metrics to identify trends, measure engagement, and recommend improvements.
• Use Sprout Social to support publishing, listening, reporting, and day-to-day social media management activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative stakeholders to turn campaign priorities into effective social content and promotions.
• Track emerging platform updates, audience behaviors, and industry developments to refine social media strategy.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and prepare clear performance summaries with actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing brand presence across multiple social media channels.• Strong understanding of social media content development, campaign coordination, and channel best practices.
• Ability to analyze marketing and social performance data to support strategic decision-making.
• Working knowledge of social media analytics and reporting, including experience using Sprout Social.
• Familiarity with identifying social media trends and applying insights to improve engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and publishing schedules.
• Clear written communication skills and attention to detail in content execution and reporting.
