Human Resources Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support core people operations and help create a positive, well-organized employee experience in Stockton, California. This role will partner with employees, managers, and HR leadership across day-to-day HR activities, including employee support, onboarding, performance processes, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong organization, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
• Address routine employee concerns, document relevant details, and resolve issues within established HR guidelines while referring higher-risk situations to senior HR leaders.
• Advise employees and supervisors on company policies, standard procedures, and everyday HR practices to promote consistent application across teams.
• Organize performance management activities by supporting goal-setting cycles, review timelines, manager documentation, and follow-through on required steps.
• Assist with engagement efforts by helping administer surveys, collecting feedback, monitoring action items, and supporting internal communication initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, including paperwork, scheduling, and orientation support, to deliver a smooth and consistent introduction to the organization.
• Oversee offboarding administration by preparing documentation, coordinating departures, and helping ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Provide operational HR support in areas such as benefits questions, open enrollment coordination, leave administration, retirement plan inquiries, and upkeep of employee records in HR systems.
• Arrange training sessions and support HR communications and educational programs that strengthen employee understanding of workplace practices and culture.
• Monitor HR workflows, reports, and administrative processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and standardization across operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.• At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist, HR coordinator, or comparable human resources role.
• Practical knowledge of HR policies, standard practices, and applicable employment regulations.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits, or broader HR operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at different levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation, data integrity, and consistent follow-through.
Compensation
