Facilities Coordinator 2
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine walkthroughs across several office floors to monitor cleanliness, organization, safety, and overall readiness of the workplace.
• Manage service tickets and work requests from intake through completion, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and updates are documented accurately.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and small facility projects while helping minimize disruption to employees and visitors.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, building staff, and service providers to support efficient scheduling, access, and execution of onsite work.
• Assist with front desk coverage and guest-facing support when needed, providing a helpful and attentive experience.
• Support meetings, events, and conference room operations by arranging space readiness and responding to onsite needs.
• Maintain records related to site activity, operational documentation, workplace changes, and building support services.
• Help oversee office services such as mail handling, supplies, equipment upkeep, access credentials, and general workplace support tasks.
• Contribute to emergency preparedness and site safety efforts by supporting response procedures, inspections, and after-hours coordination as required.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in facilities coordination, office operations, logistics support, or a similar onsite support role.• Strong background in customer service with the ability to respond professionally to employees, guests, and vendors.
• Experience managing service tickets or work order systems in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and move throughout multiple office floors during the workday.
• Clear communication skills and solid organizational ability for handling multiple priorities at once.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools; familiarity with Corrigo is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of documentation practices, compliance expectations, and standard office procedures.
• Comfortable working in a shared workspace environment without a dedicated desk.
Compensation
