Call Center Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from members and employees, providing clear information and timely support.
• Address routine service concerns independently and escalate more complex issues to leadership with relevant details and recommended next steps.
• Promote appropriate products and services by identifying member needs and explaining available options.
• Update and maintain account records in internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review assigned reports to monitor service quality, identify discrepancies, and support operational accuracy.
• Process member wire transfer requests in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards.
• Document interactions thoroughly and follow internal guidelines to ensure consistent customer service.
• Assist with additional service or administrative tasks as needed to support call center operations.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or similar support role.• Ability to manage inbound calls professionally while delivering a high level of customer care.
• Experience using customer service software and computer-based account management tools.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information accurately and follow established procedures.
• Bilingual communication skills are preferred.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment when resolving issues or escalating concerns.
Compensation
