Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to drive large-scale hiring in a busy manufacturing setting. This is a Contract position focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring hourly and skilled talent across multiple production functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing numerous openings at once, and committed to delivering an efficient and detail-oriented candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• The recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring efforts for high-volume manufacturing positions across multiple shifts and operational teams.

• Identify and engage talent through online sourcing, referrals, social platforms, local partnerships, hiring events, and other targeted recruiting strategies.

• Coordinate interviews, recruiting events, and group hiring sessions to keep the selection process moving efficiently.

• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to support current openings and upcoming workforce needs.

• Communicate with applicants throughout each stage of the hiring process to provide timely updates and a positive experience.

• Record recruiting activity, monitor hiring progress, and maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system.

• Partner with onboarding stakeholders to help ensure a smooth handoff from accepted offer through orientation.

• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen retention, inclusive hiring efforts, and overall employer visibility in the talent market.

• Follow applicable employment regulations and internal hiring standards while working to achieve staffing goals and recruiting metrics.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in high-volume or manufacturing-focused environments.

• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to attract hourly, skilled trades, and production-related talent.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance targets.

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills across candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with compliance requirements related to federal, state, and local employment practices.

• Working knowledge of corporate recruiting processes and talent pipeline development.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Employee Central, or similar HR and recruiting platforms is preferred.
