Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage attendee sign-in activities and help maintain an orderly arrival process.
• Greet guests warmly and offer attentive assistance throughout the event.
• Contribute to event preparation before opening and assist with breakdown tasks after the event concludes.
• Support activity stations and engagement areas to help participants have a smooth experience.
• Guide visitors to key event spaces and provide clear directions when needed.
• Respond to routine questions from attendees and address basic event-related needs.
• Assist the on-site team with administrative, clerical, and general support duties during the assignment.
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and service-focused atmosphere for all participants.
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of guests.• Detail-oriented, approachable, and service-oriented conduct in a public-facing setting.
• Ability to remain on your feet and move around the event site for extended periods.
• Comfort working outdoors in a busy event environment.
• Reliable transportation and a consistent record of punctual attendance.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, reception, or office support is helpful but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt to changing event needs.
Compensation
