PC Technician
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, peripherals, and related hardware used across the facility.
• Provide hands-on support for Dell systems, Apple devices, and other endpoint equipment to keep users productive.
• Perform cable runs, workstation connections, and basic hardware setup for new or relocated equipment.
• Diagnose device failures and replace components such as monitors, keyboards, docking stations, and internal PC parts as needed.
• Set up, image, and deploy computers while confirming proper connectivity and functionality before release to staff.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner and document completed work, equipment updates, and support activities.
• Assist with inventory tracking, device staging, and hardware moves to support ongoing operational needs.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams when issues require escalation or additional system-level support.
Qualifications:
• Experience providing hands-on support for computer hardware and associated peripheral equipment.• Working knowledge of Dell Technologies devices and general desktop or laptop troubleshooting practices.
• Ability to install and manage structured cabling and workstation connections safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with supporting Apple devices in a detail-oriented environment.
• Understanding of hardware deployment, replacement, and basic break/fix procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple support tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach when assisting end users.
Compensation
