Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents, visitors, and vendors while creating a courteous and welcoming front office experience.
• Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and respond to routine questions in a timely manner.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents through filing, scanning, and accurate recordkeeping practices.
• Draft and send email communications and other written correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the staff to help keep operations running smoothly during staff absences and schedule gaps.
• Use Outlook, Word, and basic Excel to coordinate calendars, create documents, and track information as needed.
• Assist with general receptionist and clerical tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and office coordination.
• Support property management administrative processes and help ensure information is handled accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an office support, receptionist, or administrative role.• Ability to handle inbound calls, in-person interactions, and written communication in a clear and courteous manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word, along with basic working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clerical tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain or prior experience related to a Community Association Management License.
• Dependable work ethic and a consistent approach to attendance, follow-through, and daily responsibilities.
• Comfort working in a property management or community office setting is preferred.
Compensation
