Robert Half is getting ready for the Holiday Season with one of our most festive clients. Our client is a global, eCommerce retailer that focuses on selling high end holiday and home décor. They will be opening up their pop-up store in Burlingame mid-September. If you are a fan of the holidays, especially Christmas, this is a great opportunity for you. Shift Schedule: Looking for candidates who are openly available Monday through Sunday from 9AM – 7PM

Duration: September 21st – January 8th

Location: Burlingame (1.2 Miles from Bart)

Stockroom & Merchandise Operations

• Support daily stockroom organization and operational efficiency
• Pull, prepare, inspect, and repackage customer merchandise accurately and professionally
• Label and stage customer purchases and pickup orders as needed
• Support merchandise replenishment and product movement throughout the store
• Maintain organized stock areas, aisles, carts, and operational workspaces
• Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and operational readiness

Customer Support

• Assist with customer pickups and carry-outs in a professional and service-focused manner
• Support customers and sales associates with product retrieval and operational assistance
• Contribute to a smooth, organized, and positive customer experience throughout the store

Team & Operational Support

• Support operational priorities and daily workflow as directed by store leadership
• Utilize operational equipment and tools safely and responsibly
• Maintain professionalism, presentation standards, and attention to detail throughout the shift
• Adhere to company appearance, safety, and dress code standards
• Contribute to a collaborative, customer-first team environment

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous retail, stockroom, warehouse, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience within fast-paced or service-driven environments strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a physically active retail environment
• Comfortable utilizing mobile devices, communication tools, and retail technology
• Ability to follow operational and safety procedures consistently
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, move, and organize heavy merchandise safely
• Ability to push, pull, and transport merchandise and operational equipment
• Ability to move throughout stockroom and sales floor environments regularly
• Ability to perform physical retail and operational tasks in a fast-paced setting
