We are partnering with a respected nonprofit organization seeking compassionate, bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support individuals and families by connecting them with valuable community resources. This position is standard business hours and contract to hire after 6 months. There is the opportunity to work hybrid after six months if you are preforming up to company standards.

What You'll Do

• Assist callers by providing information, guidance, and referrals to community resources.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and patience.
• Document interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Build trust with callers and provide support during challenging situations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure clients receive the assistance they need.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous customer service or call center experience required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in sensitive situations.
• Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Passion for serving the community and making a positive impact.
