What You'll Be Doing

• Answer inbound calls from English- and Spanish-speaking individuals seeking assistance.
• Listen with empathy and provide accurate information, guidance, and referrals.
• Build positive relationships with callers while delivering exceptional service.
• Document conversations thoroughly and accurately.
• Work alongside a collaborative team committed to serving the community.

Qualifications:

We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
• Someone who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others.
