Our client, a thriving and family-owned construction organization, is seeking a highly personable, energetic, and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention efforts.
The salary range for the position is $65,000 - $70,000 + Car Allowance + Outstanding Benefits + Long Term Growth!

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively identifying candidates with relevant experience through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting plans with business needs.
• Manage a high volume of open positions while maintaining timely communication, accurate documentation, and a positive candidate experience.
• Use the applicant tracking system to organize candidate records, monitor recruiting progress, and ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures.
• Screen applicants to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit before advancing candidates through the interview process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring outcomes to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support ongoing talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency-supported environment.• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring needs while balancing multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills using a variety of channels to identify and engage talent with relevant experience.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and other business partners.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and candidate-focused approach.
Compensation
