Parent Coordinator

We are looking for a Parent Coordinator to support families in Jacksonville, Florida as their primary point of contact for tuition-related questions, account guidance, and financial support throughout the enrollment journey. This Long-term Contract position calls for someone who combines strong customer service skills with sound judgment, professionalism, and sensitivity when discussing financial matters. The person in this role will work closely with admissions, finance, and school leadership to provide clear communication, accurate account information, and a positive experience for both prospective and returning families.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main resource for families seeking information about tuition charges, school fees, payment timelines, deposits, and account expectations.
• Explain available payment arrangements, financial obligations, and support options so families can make informed enrollment decisions.
• Meet with new and returning families to review costs, payment plans, and financial assistance opportunities during enrollment and re-enrollment periods.
• Help families complete required financial paperwork and establish payment arrangements accurately and on time.
• Partner with admissions, finance, and school leadership to ensure messaging remains aligned and family questions are addressed consistently.
• Track account activity and follow up on outstanding balances while reinforcing agreed payment terms and financial policies.
• Provide responsive, courteous service in every interaction while protecting confidentiality and handling sensitive discussions with care.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing support, admissions, account coordination, or a related financial services role.
• Ability to discuss tuition, billing, payment expectations, and collections matters with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide families through financial policies and available options.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing documentation, account information, and follow-up tasks.
• Experience working collaboratively across departments to resolve questions and maintain accurate communication.
• Background in customer service, sales support, collections, or account management is strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain a high level of discretion.

Compensation

$17.12-$19.82 Hourly
