VP of Operations
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and execution of operational strategies that support business growth, service quality, and long-term scalability across the organization.
• Build, refine, and standardize core operating procedures to improve efficiency, accountability, and consistency across teams and locations.
• Oversee logistics, purchasing, and warehouse activities to ensure inventory flow, vendor performance, and fulfillment processes run effectively.
• Evaluate end-to-end workflows, identify operational gaps, and implement practical improvements that strengthen communication, quality control, and cost discipline.
• Recruit, develop, and lead operational teams, creating clear structures, performance expectations, and a culture focused on execution and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership to align operational priorities with company goals, market demands, and growth initiatives within the gaming sector.
• Establish reporting, metrics, and controls that provide visibility into operational performance and support informed decision-making.
• Drive operational transformation initiatives, including the development or modernization of systems and processes, to create a stronger platform for future expansion.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for multi-function operational environments.• Significant background in the land-based gaming industry, with broad knowledge of operational practices, compliance considerations, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated success building or redesigning operational infrastructure, processes, and teams in a high-growth or evolving business.
• Strong experience in operations management, logistics, purchasing, and warehouse oversight.
• Proven ability to improve workflow efficiency, manage costs, and implement scalable processes across complex organizations.
• Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using operational metrics and reporting to guide business decisions.
Compensation
