Project Manager

Robert Half is is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and closeout.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives are met throughout the project.
• Facilitate meetings, assign tasks, and promote collaboration across departments.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
