Director of Business Operations | Investment Adviser | Larkspur | Generous Comp Structure + Benefits

This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership while overseeing a broad range of business functions across operations, fund administration, compliance, technology, HR, and corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Oversee key business operations across fund administration, compliance, HR, technology, and corporate operations
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers
- Support fund operations, financial reporting, regulatory filings, and product launches
- Coordinate client reporting, due diligence requests, and investor communications
- Participate in cross-functional committees focused on finance, compliance, AI, valuation, and business continuity
- Help oversee technology initiatives, information security, and office operations
- Mentor team members and contribute to the firm's long-term operational strategy

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in investment management or a related industry
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, private funds, and investment operations
- Experience across operations, compliance, finance, and technology
- Leadership or mentoring experience with strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, CIMA, CFP, or other advanced designation preferred
- Strategic, collaborative, and highly organized with an entrepreneurial mindset
- International markets experience is a plus
