Investment Operations Associate | Larkspur
Join a highly respected, employee-owned investment management firm with a global investment platform and a collaborative, research-driven culture. This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional to gain broad exposure across investment operations, global trade settlement, fund operations, foreign exchange, cash management, and regulatory reporting.
Rather than being limited to a single function, you'll work closely with experienced professionals across the business while building the foundation for future growth into trading, fund accounting, and broader investment operations. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day investment operations across the firm's funds
- Assist with global trade settlement, cash management, and foreign exchange activity
- Reconcile cash, positions, transactions, and corporate actions
- Partner with custodians, brokers, and fund administrators to ensure accurate settlement
- Prepare operational, client, and regulatory reporting
- Support compliance initiatives and process improvements
- Assist with special projects across the investment operations team

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in investment operations, fund accounting, custodian operations, or fund administration
- Knowledge of global securities settlement and investment products
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
