Chatbot Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Chatbot Developer to architect and develop enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences. This role will focus on chatbot design, NLP integration, AI model optimization, and digital support automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbot and conversational AI solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with CRM, ERP, and customer service platforms.
• Develop natural language processing (NLP) capabilities and conversational workflows.
• Optimize chatbot performance through analytics, testing, and machine learning insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Implement AI governance, security, and scalability best practices.
• Continuously improve customer experiences and self-service capabilities.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 5+ years of chatbot, AI, or software development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of NLP, large language models, and conversational design principles.
• Strong API integration and software development background.
• Experience working within enterprise environments.
