Responsibilities
- Manage fund accounting, quarterly closes, and financial statement preparation
- Track investments, investor allocations, and capital activity
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
- Partner with the investment team on portfolio valuations
- Support capital calls, distributions, cash management, and investor reporting
- Assist with tax-related fund matters
- Drive process improvements, automation, and AI initiatives
- Support finance leadership on strategic projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or fund administration
- Strong understanding of investment partnership accounting
- Experience with fund accounting systems preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with an ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
